This privacy policy sets out how Cleaning Network Worldwide (“We”) uses and protects the personal information you provide on the Cleaning Network Worldwide website (hereinafter, “the Website” or “Website”).

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our site, and by updating any privacy information on this page. In order to provide a better recruiting experience for cleaning industry professionals and in order for our members to be a part of an exclusive network in which they can connect and discover collaborative opportunities career advancement, we collect two types of information about our users: Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) and Aggregate Information.

Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. When you engage in certain activities on this Site, such as registering for an account, downloading or purchasing a product or service, submitting content and/or posting content in the user forums, or sending us feedback, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself.

1. The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Website. While using the Cleaning Network Worldwide family of Websites, you may have the opportunity to register for services, order products, make requests, and post content. Accordingly, depending on the process, you may be asked to provide the following types of Personally Identifiable Information:

Aggregate Information: This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon where you visit on our Site and what other sites may have directed you to us. This information, which is collected in a variety of different ways, is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include the Website’s Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) that points to the site you just came from, which URL you go to after visiting our Site, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.

2. How We Collect and Personally Identifiable Information
We do not collect any PII about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain PII to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. Cleaning Network Worldwide takes your privacy very seriously. Accordingly, we agree that we will only use the information you provide for the following specific purposes: to effectuate a registration made by you; to customize the advertising and content you see; to fulfill your requests for products and services (including purchases); to improve the content and overall look and feel of our Website and services; and to contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients, when necessary.

We agree that we will not share, sell, rent or otherwise distribute your Personally Identifiable Information with outside parties, except to provide products or services you’ve requested through us, or in response to a validly-issued subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when necessary to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims made by you or on your behalf.

If you e-mail us and include personal information, we may use that information in responding to your request. E-mail is not necessarily secure or confidential. Send only the information that is necessary for us to answer your question or process your request. The e-mail is subject to the North Carolina Public Records Law.

Finally, we agree that we will never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us by you in any way that violates or is otherwise unrelated to the means described in this agreement, without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. – See attached document with respect to this clause. Registration

In order to use some features of the Website, you must first complete the registration process. During registration, you are required to provide certain Personally Identifiable Information, including, but not limited to the information described above (see: “The Information We Collect”). This information will periodically be used by us to contact you about site news, updates and changes to this policy, and to enable you to retrieve your password, if necessary.

3. Cookies
Depending on how you use our Site, Cleaning Network Worldwide may store cookies on your computer in order to collect certain aggregate data about our users and to customize certain aspects of your specific user experience. However, we do not use cookies to track your browsing behaviors.

Cleaning Network Worldwide uses cookies to remember certain user information. This allows users of the Website to avoid logging in more than once, thereby saving time. You may, at any time, disable or refuse to accept cookies by changing the preferences or settings on your web browser. If you choose to disable cookies, you will still be able to use our Website. However, you will not be able to fully take advantage of certain automation and other functionality features available on this Website. Please note: No personally identifiable information is collected with the cookies that we set. Accepting cookies while on the Website will not put the user at risk for marketing to other sites.

4. Release of Information
We will not sell, trade, or rent your PII to others. We do provide some of our product and service offerings through contractual arrangements made with affiliates, service providers, partners and other third parties (“Service Partners”). We and our Service Partners may need to use some PII in order to perform tasks between our respective sites, or to deliver products or services to you. For example, we must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment for products and services purchased on this Site; release your address information to the delivery service to deliver products that you ordered; and provide order information to third parties that help us provide customer service.

We will encourage our Service Partners to adopt and promote strong privacy policies. However, the use of your PII by our Service Partners is governed the respective privacy policies of those providers, and is not subject to our control. Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. Other Sites accessible through this Site, including our Advertising and Service Partners, have their own privacy policies and data collection, use and disclosure practices. Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide PII to the appropriate governmental authorities. In such cases, we will disclose PII upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

We may also provide Aggregate Information about our customers’ sales, traffic patterns, and related Site information to third party advertisers, but these statistics do not include any Personally Identifiable Information.

5. Web Statistics & Shared Data
We collect and use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement, and gather broad aggregate demographic information for reporting, research and to measure and to compare the company’s profitability or to compare the efficiency of the organization and for sponsorship purposes. IP addresses are not linked to Personally Identifiable Information.

From time to time, we may use non-identifiable aggregate information to better design our Website and to share with select advertising partners, sponsors, and/or affiliates. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our Website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to personally identify those individuals.

6. User Choices on Collection and Use of Information

We may, from time to time, send you email regarding new products and services that we feel may interest you. In addition, if you indicated upon registration that you are interested in receiving offers or information from us and our partners, we may occasionally call or send you direct mail about products and services that may be of interest to you. Only Company (or agents working on behalf of Company and under confidentiality agreements) will send you these solicitations, and only if you have previously indicated that you wish to receive them. If you do not want to receive solicitations from us, you can “opt-out” by accessing your account online editing your account information to no longer receive such offers and mailings.

Please note: You may not unsubscribe from receiving service announcements and important content update information regarding the Website, including but not limited to: service and account changes, Website upgrades, and site cancellation or business termination information.

You also have choices with respect to cookies, as described above. By modifying your browser preferences, you have the choice to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies some parts of our Site may not work properly in your case.

7. Security of Your PII
At our Site you can be assured that your PII is secure, consistent with current industry standards. We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of your PII. For example:
